Pangea Sculptures 14-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your sculpture. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

• The return must be requested within 14 days of receiving your sculpture.
• Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
• Gift cards and clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty or not as described.
• We recommend using a tracked, insured courier service for all returns.

How to Return:

Please email sales@pangeasculptures.com with:

• Your order number
• Item(s) to be returned
• Reason for return
• Photos if the item arrived damaged or faulty

We’ll send you return instructions and the return address.

Refunds:

Once the sculpture has been returned and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless we made a mistake with your order.
