Dragon — Myth in Steel, Quietly Commanding

Hand-forged from recycled steel and finished in natural metal, our 3ft Dragon captures the moment between breath and flame—arched spine, coiled tail, wings hinted in line. It feels ancient yet modern: a clean, sculptural take on legend. Set it at an entrance, along a gravel run or by water and the form pulls the eye, casting long, shifting shadows as the light turns. Indoors, it holds a mantel or alcove like a guardian relic.

A clear, weather-ready lacquer preserves tone and detail for year-round placement. Individually made by artisans, each piece shows subtle variations in line and patina—authentic character, no two alike. Not just décor but a focal point of story and presence: myth, distilled and built to endure.

Our outdoor pieces are finished to stand up to changing conditions, with protection against rain, frost and UV exposure.

Recognised craftsmanship

Our sculptures have been featured on Grand Designs UK, showcased at Chester Zoo and supported by BBC Children in Need.

Made by hand

Every piece takes time.

Each sculpture begins as recycled steel and is shaped, welded, detailed and finished entirely by hand. From the first cut to the final protective coating, every curve, plate and feature is worked by skilled makers — not rushed through a production line.

Smaller sculptures can take days to complete, while larger statement pieces can take up to 10 weeks. That time is what gives each sculpture its strength, character and one-of-a-kind finish.

Yes. Our outdoor sculptures are designed to last for years outdoors. To keep the finish looking its best, we recommend re-lacquering every 12 months. Lacquer helps protect the sculpture from weathering and natural oxidation, and it can be purchased from our website for easy at-home maintenance.

Each sculpture is individually handcrafted, so subtle variations in line and patina make yours unique. If you’d like to choose a specific piece, we can share images of current stock, or you’re welcome to view the collection at our facility in Ormskirk, just outside Liverpool.

All sculptures are carefully packaged and delivered securely either by our trusted logistics partners or by our in-house team, depending on the size and requirements of the piece.

Most sizes stand securely on a level surface. For exposed or public settings, we recommend anchoring the sculpture down using our anchor kits, which are available when purchasing or via our accessories page.

Yes—we regularly take bespoke commissions. If you have a specific size, finish, or placement in mind, our team can advise on feasibility, lead times, and pricing, and share progress images where appropriate. Get in touch and we’ll shape a proposal around your space.

We’re here to help. Call, email, or visit us in Ormskirk—our expert team will guide you through choosing, placing, and, if needed, securing your sculpture.
